Clinic Closure & How to Continue Your Care

US Family Care Psychiatry is closing 3/05/26 and is no longer providing mental health or medication services. We understand that this transition may be difficult, and we want to help guide you to appropriate resources so you can continue your care without interruption.

Medication Management Services
If you are currently prescribed psychiatric medications, it is important to establish care with a new provider as soon as possible. In Kentucky, medication management may be provided by:

  • Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs)
  • Psychiatrists
  • Primary Care Providers (for certain medications)

How to find a provider:

  • Contact your health insurance company for in‑network options
  • Ask your primary care provider for a referral
  • Search online directories such as Psychology Today, Zocdoc, or your insurer’s provider directory

If you are close to running out of medication, please seek care promptly.

For medical records, please contact the clinic prior to 3/05/26 or after 3/06/26 email accounting@kareo.com (Tebra’s billing/support) to ask about accessing your data during this retention period.

Therapy & Counseling Services
Therapy services remain widely available across Kentucky, including both in‑person and telehealth options. Licensed therapy providers include:

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)

Ways to locate therapy services:

  • Through your insurance provider
  • Online directories such as Psychology Today, TherapyDen, or Open Path Psychotherapy Collective
  • Local community mental health centers

You Are Not Alone
We encourage you to establish care with a new provider as soon as possible. Mental health services remain available throughout Kentucky, and support is accessible during this transition.
